How to earn Reward Points:

Reward Points are earned by booking through designated channels, including Corporate Contracted Rates, the Central Reservation Center of Huaqiang Hotel Management Company, Huaqiang Hotel Management Company website, WeChat or directly at the hotel at Membership Rates. Reward Points are not issued for stays at the following discounted room rates and the nights stayed cannot be used for membership upgrade (and which make a Stay a Non-Qualifying Stay): such as Complimentary Coupons, Group Buy, Reward Nights, Group Rates, Special Offers, or rates booked through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Reward Points conditions:

●   Provide Huapeng member number or mobile phone number to confirm membership when booking or check-in;

●   Reward Points can only be obtained if the guest’s name and his or her Huapeng Rewards Club member's name are the same at check-in;

●   For a night of stay, a member can only have a night recorded in his or her membership account;

●   Reward Points are earned after stay and all the charges are fully paid.
